1. Have 3 closings next week.

2. Working on a 5 short sales with offer right now.

3. I taught the short sale class for my association.  It was a lot of fun, I love what I do.

4. Taking food for 30 people to a client's office.  Sure to get good karma for this.

5. Lost a short sale buyer, was mad, then sad, but will find another buyer which will make me glad.

6. Healthy family and all is well!!

2. We are very busy.

3. Was quoted in the Detroit Free Press.

4. The weather in Detroit is great!!!.

5. Leased two vacant rental homes this week.

6. Feeling good, focused and positive.

1. Sold 2 houses this week
2. Have 7 pending sales on the books
3. Took on 2 new short clients.
4. I calculate that my volume for last year at this time is the same as this year.
5. Picked up 2 new buyers
6. I am having a nice holiday week with friends and family
7. My wife and kids are healthy and happy

*** The unemployment rate can rise, foreclosures could be up, but nothing is more important then family, friends and giving it your all every day!!***
