Let's get positive!! We read, see and hear such negative stories during the week which chips at our morale and is just depressing. That is why I am dedicating another post just to allow all of us the opportunity to read a positive story or two. I will start!!:
- Sold 2 houses this week
- Have 7 pending sales on the books
- Took on 2 new short clients.
- I calculate that my volume for last year at this time is the same as this year.
- Picked up 2 new buyers
- I am having a nice holiday week with friends and family
- My wife and kids are healthy and happy
*** The unemployment rate can rise, foreclosures could be up, but nothing is more important then family, friends and giving it your all every day!!***

Mike, I'm alive, and breathing and having a busy week in real estate...looking forward to a nice Easter with family and friends...all is well...and i'm positive...........positive that everything is on it's way and will be better sooner!
Mike---I am grateful to the Lord that He has blessed us in answering prayer this week. I am staying positive and working on getting my properties rented that I have acquired recently for property management and I'm looking forward to this Easter weekend. I know that next week will be busy and I'm looking forward to it!

Hi Ya Mike...
I've had a wonderful week. On Monday we went back to Tampa and the Doc took out 15 inches of thread (stitches). I've started working on getting back into shape. Again. I've kept my temper and have refused to let any of it get me down. That's something to be thankful for. That and the fact I survived 5 surgeries in 8 months. Yeah, that's a lot and more than most people will have in a lifetime. I think when I was created I must have been standing in the wrong line :)

Got my first offer on a house I've had listed for a year- my daughter in law is talking to me again - 5 new prospects on my email, l new set of buyers - survived the earnest money hassle without losing my temper, am able to talk to one of my partners without mumbling many curse words under my breath, and I am having a closing next week. And I saw my grandchildren yesterday and gave them their chocolate bunnies!
Hi Mike, This is such a great idea and helps remind us what we have to be thankful for. Yesterday my out-of-state buyers came in, looked at homes, and made an offer on a house they fell in love with. Also, one of my daughters got great news that will make her life and mine much easier. Looking forward to celebrating Easter!

Mike, We had an answer to a prayer this week in that my dad's bone scan for cancer came back negative. We are celebrating the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior so that our sins are forgiven, what more could we ask for.

1. Just in today, Our company had a record month for March, Grand Total 529 closed loans 96.5 million volume (Record Month) Were on target for well over $1,000,000,000/1 billion in 2009. 2. I had an appraisal come in at $265k from the expected price of $180k ordered through a 3 party Vendor. 3. I referred 2 prequalified Buyers to realtor partners since monday. 4. I have averages 3 loan applications per day since Monday. Thanks JH
There are days I feel myself a bit more tense than I am usually am, today feel like one of those rare nervous feeling days. I spite of the ups and downs of daily life, I start each day by looking in the mirror with gratitude and say "I am too Blessed to be Depressed or Stressed". I clap my hands and say "What will This Day Bring and What Aadventure await me?" Just a share. Happy Easter to you all. Wishing you Abundance in all you set your hands to do. A friend in NH.

Off now, to the mountains with friends. How can there be anything wrong in the world when you're sittin' on top of a mountain!
I am one month past a cancer free diagnosis after five months of treatment, and I get to have guilt free chocolate milk shakes every day. I have 18 more pounds to put back on and guess what, my Doctor told me to have 3 per day. I live for those sugar highs.

We are starting to see more properties everyday, and we have been exposed to several new clients this week. I am hoping that they weather will get nice too...here's to being and optimist!
Way to go Mike! We've got a practice in our business that we start our day of with our grateful list and continue to think about what we're grateful all day long.
It's been a fantastic week! I had a blast givng a presentation to the Phoenix Business Connection. I was the Easter Banana and I had two assistant bunnies helping out. Way to much fun.

Mike, For me this is Holy week and I've enjoyed several inspiring church services completing the week at noon today with the Good Friday Passion service. Monday I took my three grandsons to the circus! What fun!. My phones are ringing much more, several of my listings are being shown this week-end, I listed a million dollar lot and lost another pound. What a great week!

As a newbie, I'm not certain about the protocol of mentioning my posts elsewhere but I had an amazing experience phoning Wells Fargo today. Got a live person in less than a minute.
Second, that call concerned the listing I took last night.
Third, I finally got approval to launch a new strategy to try to get agents with buyers to show my listings. Set the date, did my flyers, and will start distribution next week.Ir

Another client is "with child." Two weeks after a consultation after years of doctors....I am thrilled for her and her wonderful husband!
My husband and I went to Tuscaloosa to see our son get a Senior Faculty Excellence Award in Investment Management at Honors Day at The University of Alabama.
I also had two closings this week - properties I had my doubts about, but that didn't even begin to compare to watching my son get his award. He's my baby and he's graduating this summer with a 4.0 in business.

Treated my team to dinner at Red Lobster to for our Friday night office meeting. I will be headed out tomorrow deep sea fishing with the the 3 leaders of the team for last month.

1. Close one Wednesday this week
2. Got 2 well priced listings non of which is are short sales on Tuesady this week
3. Tonight is my daughter senior prom. Myself and my wife been running arround Lenox mall (ATL) this morning trying to get the last minutes stuff (I don't like shopping, but she said I have to come with her today)
4. Back at this office to get few work done.
5. "Am cooking dinner for six today.
My family is happy, my business is picking up on like this time last year, I am happy. Y'all have a great selling week end.
