Time For The Friday Roll Call!!!!
Let's get positive!! I am dedicating another post just to allow all of us the opportunity to read a positive story or two. I will start!!:
- Went to a great class to become a CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert)
- Teaching a Short Sale seminar on the 29th of April at the Bloomfield Twp Library.
- List two homes this week (one came from my active rain blog!!)
- Putting together two hardship packages for offers that I got this week
- Had a closing yesterday and have 3 next week.
- It is supposed to be in the 80's this weekend and I am taking Saturday off!!
- My family is healthy and happy.

It's 86 degrees and I just received my clear to close for a client that is closing next week.

TLW...ROAR!
oh, where to start. Had a closing today. Got 2 new listings, 1 new rental and 2 listing appts, got 4 new buyers ready to go, got an offer under contract today. Appraisal came in good on one currently under contract. And it is 78 degrees, beautiful day and most importantly of all family is healthy and doing good.
We got a $1,000,000+ buyer ( from AR ), and sold a listing. Now, if the Cavs win tonight, it will be an even better week, although you may disagree on that one.
Wow, this week, 2 listings, 1 closing, 4 rental contracts, 2 property management agreements, 8 loan modifications and Saturday, my busiest day is tommorrow. Sunday is always my day.
I always have a great positive week as I choose to have one everyday! Keep rocking!

Mike - Here's how my week went!
It's a beautiful day and I got a great buyer referral from another RE/MAX agent this morning. Turns out I know his wife from a seminar we went to years ago - small world! and as good as we make it!
Lovely weather! 5 relocation leads, new construction for client is underway (finally) with simultaneous plans to list their house next week. Home office is delightfully organized and clean and I am planning a little mini vacation soon. Cheers, y'all!

Wow our week cannot prepare! We did go live with a listing. Showed homes to a buyer (hopefully she can decide this weekend and buy one!). Our nephew is having his First Communion tomorrow. Every one is well!
It wasn't the best week for me but I am going to go with your idea & list the good!!
1. My mother & father celebrated 43 years of marriage together.
2. My sister celebrated turning 42.
3. We had a closing on a home we didn't think was going to close!
4. I got to spend a few days @ the beach on my honeymoon!
Chicago is emerging from one of it's worst winters ever. Today it was close to 80 degrees and tomorrow will be even better. I'm happy!

Signed Contracts on a Listing that I have had for a very long time!
Mailed a letter about my new CDPE designation to my database and had a couple of calls from it. Possibly 2 new listings from one mailer & they are not even short sales.
Had a marketing meeting with 7 other Realtors from different companies. We are all going to work together to get our listings sold in a golf course community. Imagine...8 realtors all wanting to work together for the benefit of our clients! I am so excited!
Breakfast with an old friend today.
There has been a lot of bad news this week but I am ignoring that for the moment.

Congrats on a great week, Mike! I got home early enough today to get the yardwork done, which frees up the whole weekend for writing a few offers and getting back to the gym.
Now that's a good week! I'm going to be high just off of attending RE BarCamp PHX - should keep me excited for a few weeks at least!
I closed a deal. And I got 17 new leads. It has been a good week. And I got a new website.

Congrats on your great week. I've been very busy with buyers and getting more showings on my listings so I can't complain. Plus one beautiful new listing. On top of that it was 80 degrees here, my husband and daughter and I are happy and healthy.
I have a wonderful family. 2 closings next week. 2 new potential sellers this week and over 6 appointments.

Let's see...
Showed homes this week to a nice young couple who came to me from an Estately referral,
Took listing papers to someone who was referred to me by a past client,
Started work on the Census and the weather couldn't have been better-perfect part-time temporary work for an agent. Getting lots of exercise too.
Saw RICK DE LUCA speak on Thursday and got seriously re-energized. Every time I see him I implement a couple of his ideas and it changes my work for the better.
Our board of REALTORS and my son's Boy Scout troop partipated in American Cancer Society Relay for Life last night. I was asked to teach an MCE class for our regional meeting in June. We got some much needed rain. I overcame my fear of heights by climbing a rock wall and taking a leap of faith off a two story tower and decending on a zipline! (I wanna do that one again!!!) I am in my 40's now and I am working through having nothing in this life to fear! It was a great week!!!!
there is always something to be greatful for-even in the tough times. If you can't find something just look around you, there are pleanty of people worse off than you!.
