It's been a great week.

I worked out a contract on a REO for my seller.  He's happy and I'm happy and hopefully the listing agent is happy too.

And this morning I went to get my hair cut.  I was in a hurry and running late and had switched cars with my daughter because she is moving and got to the salon with no checkbook and not enough cash ... my sweet hairdresser, Summer, let me keep my appointment and cut my hair and then drove to the bank and went back to pay her.  She did not have to let me do that.  She's super sweet.

I got a new listing. :) and they really listened to me about pricing it. :) :)

And I have a great social engagment this evening.

Okay I will jump in...I don't have swine flu and no one in my family does...but my son is out of school until May 11 because of the flu.  So I am using his time off to come to the office with me and I am teaching him how to do web updates for my listings and he also wrote a letter online to his congresswoman in an effort to work on his latest scouting merit badge.  I got another listing and I have buyer clients coming in to town tomorrow to hopefully write a contract!!!  YAY!

I'm healthy.

I live with four of the sweetest four legged creatures God ever created.

My grandson is making his first  communion tomorrow.

I have listings and the buyers are starting to call.

I just got a new car . . . and I'm starting to like it.

And, did I say, I'm healthy, which I'd trade for many other things. :-)

I had an awesome week! My listing that was to expire on April 30th received an offer and we just signed around this afternoon, inspection is complete and all!!

I am headed to pick up a signed counter for another relocation couple so that will be number 2 for the week.

I had one closing which was cool.

The coolest thing is I planted some shrubs and a Japanese Maple this morning as I was getting these contracts all tied up. How cool is that to work from my flower beds!!

Have a great Real Estate weekend!

Hi Mike -- You rock!  I hope your sales continue.  I had one listing close today in an area where almost nothing is selling.  We had to remodel the home, do some extreme makeovers on the bathrooms, waterproof the basement and some misc. other items to get it to sell, and Yahoo!, it closed today!  Not only that, the CAVS are in the playoffs!
