Just had a cash buyer back out of an offer and postpone buying indefinitely ... so now I can do all of those other 'life' things instead of handling the details of the escrow -- starting with game 6 of the NBA western conference  finals. Then it's back to the real estate game tomorrow!

Let's see, I had two closings this week.  I completed two courses for my Broker's License.  My youngest son bought his ticket to fly up to Alaska and go fishing with me this July and my marigold seeds are sprouting!

Instead of wishing you had won the power ball this week, think aren't I glad I do not have mountains of debt. Think you are rich if you are happy, are healthy, have family, are not hungry and the basics. Then move on to knowing you make yourself happy, not other people. That's not their job. Good post!

Spent Memorial Day weekend helping an active member of the US Army buy a house.

Received 20 good leads from my website this week - and converted at least half to be current or future clients.

Was complimented by a client for my punctuality.

Watched my boys play baseball.

I think TLW needs to think outside the box. Humor is the best medicine.

On a somewhat positive note, I counseled two people with cancer about my experience at MD Anderson. I am sorry for the cancer but I am grateful that I can help and give hope. It is not enough just to survive.

OK, I am always hessitant to do this, but of course, being accountable is what it's all about right!

Many years ago I lost 40 pounds on an accountable group, so I know it works.

I appreciate this opportunity!

Here goes...

After a perfect weekend camping at Thousand Trails Morgan Hill California, with my 4 kids 2 dogs and wonderful husband.

Tuesday I went and bought a new outfit (this can give you a great new prospective)

Wednesday I hit the door knocking, for my client to move to the perfect neighborhood,

met some wonderful new people

Thursday took the kids to Cal Skate, the school fundraiser (talked to few people about Real Estate).

One of my friends asked about a home.

Friday I stayed at school for the flag ceremony, one of the Teachers asked me to run him a CMA, then upon returning him the info, he asked me if I can help some of his parent find a home, I said well, of course!

I sent over another possible home to my friend, the one she asked about is already sell pending.

I can't wait for the next update!

Got a referral from my lovely mom.

Woke up to see another day-Thank you Jesus.

Two of my prospects are now very serious about buying a house now.

And after many too many attempts,I am finally listed on Geotwitter http://geofollow.com  Thanks to Bill Gassett for blogging about www.Geofollow.com . I need all the internet presence that I can get.

Monday: Relaxing Holiday family time!

Tuesday: Met with a radio show producer to work on a 30 second advertising spot and discuss a future interview. In talks about hiring me as their companies social media consultant.

Wednesday: Attended the Rainmakers Networking meeting in Indianapolis. One of my clients gave the keynote speech at the meeting and I taped it for our Vlogs. The owner of the company invited me to be interviewed on his Internet video show "The Buzz".

Thursday: Put in 3 offers trying to lock up my next few rehab/resell projects. Rented out two of my investment properties!

Friday: Traveled to Chicago, as I was invited to give a presentation to a group of 50 investors on why they should invest in Indianapolis. Met some amazing people, and a lot of business will be coming from this group! Took the time to meet with a couple of my partners that live in Chicago to discuss the structure of our Live Ustream show that will be launching at the end of June.

Saturday: Spoke with two young investors and they are hiring me as their investment coach. I help people find money, and walk them through a deal from start to finish.

Sunday: Most of Sunday is planned off to spend time with the family, but I will be taking a few hours to work on a book project I have underway.

Ready for a monster JUNE!!!!!  Let's go make it happen folks!
