I am dedicating another post just to allow all of us the opportunity to read a positive story or two. I will start!!:
1. Had two inspections, that both went well.
2. Got 2 Short Sale and 1 buyer Referrals this week
3. Lost a buyer on a Short sale listing on Monday but got two offers today to save the deal.
4. Got a flattering offer to join a top notch team, past on it but it was so nice be asked.
5. The weather is wonderful.
6. My family is healthy and all is well
7. Played soft ball with my 2 brothers, had a blast, reminded me how nice it was to be a kid!

I had my first two good nights sleep in a row since cancer treament was over 7 months ago. In fact I feel so good I should go down to Flordia to help this lady with her boxes. Just kidding!

Got my real estate license!
Got a referral for a great staging job...and a great recommendation.
Got good news about my mother-in-law...she does NOT have ALS!!! Woohoo!!
Felt stronger in Pilates today.
Actually went out for a run last night and remembered why I used to do that more often :)
My boys are happy and healthy...and still like to hug me.
I still love waking up next to my hubby.
Finally got a couple to reduce their list price. We went from almost no showings to a really flurry of activity. Have one very interested party, who has been back for a second look already.
Got agreement for another price reduction on a different listing, should get form today.
Had a lovely camping trip with hubby Chip. Our batteries are recharged!
First and foremost, the doctor took me off my oxygen today. Secondly, I had a closing yesterday. A very good week for me.
1. Have 3 properties Under Contract hwreas last week I had '0'.
2. Our "Pending " numbers are up over all.
3. Our Broker's birthday is today and there's cake in the Conference Room. And the Baker made a mistake and made 1/2 a sheet cake when he was supposed to make only 1/4. Oh yeah!

2. Had a top-notch, high-powered Principal Broker contact me to recruit me to her thriving office (sorry, but I like doing EBA)
3.) Had a "sale pitch" that wasn't someone trying to sell me the AIR I breath! My ad will appear in my local area, in first position, for only $199/year. This was for a 'membership' website with over 43,000 members just in my county alone! I was called and offered the first ad spot as a result of a referral from a member who recommended me -- I was their agent. They WANT good agents for the membership.
4.) Had a deal pass apppraisal! WHEW -- came in $1,000 ABOVE our sales price.
5.) Had clients shift down their list to two potential properties, and we will (most likely) be writing up an offer next week.
6.) My son came over and helped me with a yard project, and did a TERRIFIC job.
7.) Wrote some really good blog posts this week, and received some very nice comments!
8.) Worked with a relocation buyer who will be ready to look in fall. Sent her and her husband some great links to our area, which turned out to be exactly what they were looking for!
9.) Enjoyed a wonderful (early) summer storm yesterday -- with thunder and lightening. Made my dogs a little nervous and one of them got on the couch, and put his head on my feet for comfort.
10.) Planted some really nice flowers -- Red Dahlias, Impatiens -- and they haven't died and seem to be taking root nicely!
This week was great!
1) Followed up on the clients I sent to my agents!
2) Pre- approved buyers who all qualified for what they wanted to buy!
3) Helped an agent get her first deal into escrow ....yeh, she won the bid on the house her client wanted! Is all about how to place the offer!
4) Just walked a client through a modification and saved her tons!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just finished a final walkthrough.......the buyer is soooo excited, and that makes me so happy!
It has been a hot week here in WA! I had two commission checks hit my bank account! Went out to a pending to check on the walk-thru/inspection items and they were surprisingly on track! That made my day!
I lost 2lbs
Mowed/edged and trimmed my lawn without an accident - big news for me!
Passed the third RE class for my Brokers test so only have one more to go!
Working on the 3rd CMA for the week this morning. :)

Had a expired listing in my neighborhood. Tracked down the owner. Owner signed (2) Listing Agreements. He wants me to sell one of his rental properties.
I picked up a first-time buyer, a couple of web leads, and an investor this week. The weather in Las Vegas has been fantastic, and so far we haven't seen triple digit temps. Every day that continues is a positive.
1. I added two more listings that are priced well and are not pocket listings.
2. In the midst of two closings.
3. My husband is healthy.
4. I am healthy.

is
good :)
My father turned 85 years old - still healthy and works every day!
1. Worked out every day this week.
2. Got good news on a short sale transaction for a buyer.
3. My son finished first grade with no harm done to anyone.
My daughter's boyfriend was hit by a car and he is ok - broken vertebrae and sore, but ok.
There was a lot of grace in my life this week. Rest assured I will need more.
I got to ride in my convertible in the sunshine!
Took a great walk on the Towpath Trail in Akron.
The sun is shining!
My house is peaceful.
The birds sing every morning and we see lots of finches since we hung feeders in front and back.
My phone is ringing and the offers are good.
Great week Team. Good to see all of us working hard, living life and avoiding strife.
I am going home to kiss my wife.

Wheee......I am exhausted.....but happy

Hi Mike -- I played baseball with my son so many times this week I can't count. Oh...the joy of boundless energy. I am showing homes to two different sets of buyers this weekend, and my listings are getting traffic.
Really great week! More offers this week than in a long, long time! Feel like things are turning around! Multiple offers on 3 listings. Added some new listings. Closings went well. Inspection process went well. Busy week in a very good way!
I drank 3 glasses of wine and didn't have a hangover and I lost 2 pounds and only gained back one of them.

had a monoply marathon with 2 of my grandchildren,
added a way to help women enrich their lifes to feel healthier and more vibrant,
