1. Received 4 offers this week on my listings .
2. Had an inspection pass on one of my short sales.
3. was asked to speak on a panel of short sale experts for Oakland Count Investor Group, I will be the only realtor.
4. Have over 60 people sigh up for my Short Sale class at MCAR
5. Have 6 short sale home under contract, no the real work begins.
6. I am NOT working on Father's Day, will spend my time with my three most important clients, Lucy, Rose and Mollie (my children).

my short sale got approved in 6 weeks..and we are going to closing!
I have a deal settling on Monday.
I wrote 2 contracts yesterday :)
I am going to a wedding of a niece in Charlotte, leaving this afternoon, wedding tomorrow! Her brother is getting married next Saturday!
My short sale was approved within 4 weeks. I woke up ALIVE today able to walk and talk and be sassy. I have 3 beautiful furry creatures .

Went under contract on a house last night and another set of clients are signing a lease tomorrow, plus I'm taking Father's Day off to pamper my dad and husband....well I'll be doing all the cooking.
When I wake up in the morning - I reach up, and if I don't touch wood, you know will be a good day.
I'm alive, I can see, hear, and walk and I had a closing yesterday and 4 different showings with 4 different buyers.
Biggest family good news: my sister got a great job after almost 2 years of unemployment! What a lift!
It was a great week. One contract accepted, new buyer appointment set for Sunday and we have rain this morning!
Accepted contract offer with the possibility of a back up offer!
Hired a new administrative assistant. Way overdue.
Spending the weekend with my grandson and my hubby.
Got mutual acceptance on one of my listings today;
Had a great day with my kid at his Field Day;
and this weekend is not looking all that busy, so hopefully I can get some rest!
Snagged 3 new listings this week.
Wrote an offer on a 400,000+ home that has a good shot at acceptance
Hired an appraiser and started a new company!
Listed a home this week, short sale, going in MLS on Monday as they need to clean.
Went to ReBar Camp in Chicago.
Had a closing today, team members had 2 this week.
Negotiated 3 inspections yuk...took forever and still need to resolve 2 more.
Wrote a contract on a condo that got accepted! Yippee!
Had a listing appointment today. Property to be listed next week.
Celebrating 34 years of wedded bliss tomorrow!!

2. got wind that the lender is closer to making a decision after 11 weeks of no news
3. Buyers are calling me for a change!!!!
4. I had a 12 yr review and did alright
